- Permit expediting including preparing and processing permit applications.
- Permit renewals and extensions.
- Tracking and management.
- Prepares and sends permit updates.
- Provides No Parking Signs to active job sites.
- Processes payments and applications at different jurisdictions.
- Reviews online permit tracking systems, prepares draft applications based on building plans.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Resourceful, Adaptable, and Organized
- Permitting experience or knowledge
- Administrative/Clerical Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
