Responsibilities of a Client Engagement Representative
- Engage with customers while presenting the AT&T brand professionally
- Consult customers on their different connectivity needs and concerns, and recommend AT&T's wireless products and services
- Give tailored solutions to meet customers' needs while offering excellent customer service as a trusted Client Engagement Representative
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot customer accounts and devices to ensure an efficient enrollment process and facilitate long-term retention
- Keep track of and maintain customer interactions, follow-ups, and queries on our CRM system
- Participate in performance evaluation processes to meet sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with fellow Client Engagement Representative team members on new sales and retention strategies
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and retention goals
Requirements to be a Client Engagement Representative
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer service, or Business
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships with customers
- Growth-oriented and customer-focused mindset
