Dhar Mann Studios is seeking a highly creative, organized, and strategic Design Manager to lead and oversee all design efforts across our video and social channels, marketing campaigns, and additional business lines. This role is instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Dhar Mann Studios' content and brand presence. The Design Manager will be responsible for guiding the design team in delivering innovative, high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience, support marketing objectives, and reinforce Dhar Mann Studios' mission of changing lives through inspiring, impactful storytelling.

The Design Manager will be responsible for guiding the design team in delivering innovative, high-quality visuals that resonate with our audience, support marketing objectives, and reinforce Dhar Mann Studios' mission of changing lives through inspiring, impactful storytelling.
How You'll Spend Your Time
- Overseeing and managing all graphic design needs to ensure a professional look that represents our brand and follow design best practices. This will involve creation of promotional materials, thumbnails, banners, social graphics, advertising decks, business presentations and other design needs that may come up.
- Develop a strategic design roadmap that aligns with business goals and supports the launch of new content, campaigns, and cross-channel initiatives. Ensure all design work reflects brand strategy, audience insights, and current visual trends.
- Shape the overall design framework and establish guidelines that define the visual brand identity for Dhar Mann Studios, our marketing and promotion efforts, and any new product lines.
- Partner with channel managers, content production, social media, external clients and other teams to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions that drive engagement and reinforce messaging across all platforms.
- Mentor, inspire, and develop design team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews within the design team.
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, including video thumbnails, social media assets, website graphics, print materials, and special event designs. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Continuously explore new design tools, trends, and methodologies to enhance the team's efficiency and creativity. Encourage a culture of experimentation and fresh thinking in design approaches.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in a design leadership role in the industry
- Experience with YouTube and other social platforms preferred
- High level understanding of how to create thumbnails and other design elements that get clicks and drive views, specifically for YouTube
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and similar tools.
- Demonstrated digital graphic design ability with a strong portfolio
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects
- Ability to learn quickly and is a team player
- Skilled in handling quick output without losing quality
