Legacy Home Care Services is looking for an Account Executive for our growing Home Care business serving Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced counties.

Qualifications
- A self-starter who exerts excellent relationship management skills and swiftly adapts to the constantly changing senior care industry
- At least two (2) years of successful marketing and sales experience in private duty home care, home health, or related field
- Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to market with passion for the client and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach and build relationships with referral partners within the healthcare sector, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, physicians' offices, and senior communities to generate leads for private duty home care
- Engage with prospective clients and families to discuss home care services and specific needs and offer suitable home care solutions
- Use innovative approaches to build and maintain billable hours
- Participate in community outreach activities and events and establish a local presence through events, promotions and strategic marketing initiatives
- Identify, develop and manage referral sources to generate new leads and maintain existing relationships
- Demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of growth. Stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry that may impact home care services
- Promote the agency’s brand and services through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media and community events.
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Work closely with the caregiving and management team to ensure clients receive the highest quality care.
