We are looking for 2 Junior Specialist Sales Quotation based in Florida, United States of America.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Provide sales support through email and telephone quotation requests direct from customers and GSAs
• Share the processing of quotations for US & Latin American customer accounts
• Keep up to date on all our products and services, the DHL air network and RCG capabilities
• Liaise daily with the Capacity Mgt team on areas of low/medium/high levels of available capacity in order to manage the pricing levels in a dynamic environment
• Process quote requests and follow up on responses, keep logs of lost/won opportunities
• Keep up to date on the daily reports to ensure knowledge and awareness of the day-to-day issues and contingencies
• Negotiate on spot rates and contract rates in conjunction with the Rev Mgt and the relevant Sales Manager in order to win the business at the right price for the customer and for DHL
• Keep up to date on industry news and market and customer behaviors
• Keep the customer database up to date with details of potential opportunities and pipeline
• Understand and work towards achieving the departmental KPIs to ensure targets are met
• Interpret the DHL network schedules, and have comprehensive knowledge of aircraft types, ULD types and network, aircraft, origin and destination restrictions
• Complete any mandatory Compliance training
  
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• University degree; analytical experience in cargo or pricing acceptable
• 3-5 years cargo sales or revenue management experience; analytical background mandatory
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish beneficial.
