Established Property Management company looking to hire immediately. We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Community in Ypsilanti, MI
The right candidate will possess a positive and professional image and be able to work with the community's team to achieve desired goals. We are looking for someone that has mechanical knowledge. Training is provided.
The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in community maintenance operations by performing daily maintenance including service requests, grounds and turnovers. Experience/knowledge with Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall repair, Painting is preferred.
Job Responsibilities(not limited to)
- Assisting Maintenance Supervisor
- Attending to grounds
- Attending to resident service requests
- Turning of all vacant apartments
- Snow removal
