Front Desk/Patient Representative

Weekdays 1p-9p
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for an experienced front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service at all Diagnostic Imaging Centers Clinics. Duties will include: registering patients, collecting amounts dues, confirming appointments, reviewing daily schedules, checking patient insurance, providing patient cost estimates, assisting the technologist with changing patients and bringing them to the MR room.

- Professional communication, both in person and on the phone
- Flexible, with a willingness to float to various DIC clinics on occasion
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Independent worker
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Team player dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Foster a sense of comfort and confidence to patients
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
