Job Responsibilities:
- Install, add-on, and replace HVAC systems in residential homes
- Teach and instruct Install Helpers while on job sites, or working around shop areas
- Provide top-notch customer experience and effectively communicate with homeowners
Job Requirements:
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience is REQUIRED
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
- EPA Certification
- 1 Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the HVAC Lead Install Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
