Position Summary: Ideal candidates will have a focus that highlights their dedication to superior customer service. The housekeeper will clean assigned areas which include public and private areas. Maintain the cleanliness of the building to ensure a safe living environment for residents. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas as scheduled
- Clean occasional stains/spots, as needed
- Clean public restrooms daily
- Wash windows in public areas quarterly or more often, as needed
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be age 18 or older
- Experience with cleaning occupied apartments, hotel cleaning, or long-term care facilities
- COVID-19 vaccine or willingness to obtain vaccine required, reasonable accommodations will be considered
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
- Lifting arms above head to reach and clean shelves, ledges, and windows
