Renal Social Worker (MSW)
DialySuites is currently looking for a passionate Renal Social Worker to be an empowering advocate for our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion and ability to assess, educate, and collaborate with patients and team on care planning. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship with patients, orienting patient and family with other team members, exploring family and community resources, participating in facility care planning meetings, providing ongoing casework, and understanding, supporting, interpreting and implementing the philosophy and policies of the facility.
Position will be part time, with flexible hours. Potential for becoming full-time.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Work well independently and be able to coordinate within a team
- Master's Degree in Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- Current licensure (in good standing) in Florida
- At least one year experience in dialysis social work
