Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales functions, including sales proposals.
- Work closely with the Engineering and Operations team in the transferring of orders.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing department to develop a message of innovation and product differentiation.
- Attend trade shows, as needed.
- Set annual sales goals and conduct monthly reviews to monitor the progress of these goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, Technical or Business field.
- 3-5 years working in a manufacturing company, custom machinery OR extrusion is a plus.
- Able to travel regionally.
- Experience working with clients and vendors.
- Ability to work with a team to develop and achieve company goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Superior analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Conducts self professionally. Believes in continuous improvement, both at the company and individual level.
- Written and oral communication skills are a must.
- Excellent mathematical and problem solving skills.
