This position is for an experienced tech in all aspects of what is involved in repairing collision related damage.

The ideal candidate would have a serious interest in autobody work including frame and minor mechanical.
Ability to examine vehicle damage and develop repair plans alongside Production manager and estimators.
Experienced with Frame and measuring equipment.
Perform Structural Repair or replacement, Air Bag replacement.
Various sheet Metal repairs and welding
ICAR Certification and ASE complete courses will be considered for higher pay.
ICAR Welding Certification Desired
Ability to perform high quality repairs and follow OEM guidelines.
Work well with and complement a team environment.
Keep personal work area clean and organized.
Must provide own tools in working order.
Must be able to work Successfully on a flat rate pay system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
