We're searching for an exceptional Food And Beverage Supervisor to help our team exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will have banquet experience, along with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will also have an enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet staff and coordinate their efforts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the inventory of food, beverages, and other supplies.
- Train banquet staff.
- Stay up to date on federal, state, and local health ordinances.
Must be 18 years or older. Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull frequently during shift. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
