In This Dynamic Role, You Will

• Assess patients' health, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans,
• Manage chronic conditions, treat acute illnesses, and respond to urgent medical needs,
• Conduct health screenings, administer immunizations, and perform routine physical exams,
• Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team, and
• Recommend innovative tools and devices to improve patients' quality of life.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Position, You Must Possess

• Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner,
• Active New Jersey state license,
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience including Nursing Homes or ER,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
