Summary: A Installation Trainee is the first step in becoming a qualified protective film installer at Diamond Shield -- it’s someone who works hard to learn and maintain our high quality and service standards with a combination of precision paint protection installation and unexpected happiness for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1) Present yourself in a professional manor by embracing a positive attitude and attire.
2) Always be on time, be present and ready to develop.
3) Learn how to properly install paint protection film in a fast paced, production line setting.
4) Take pride in every installation and the customer experience by always following approved installation methods, tools and techniques.
5) Commit to accurate and complete work records based on company guidelines.
6) Be a stickler for cleanliness and organization - ensuring equipment, materials and areas of operation all conform to health and safety regulations and requirements.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Window Tint or Vinyl Graphics: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
