Secure Printing Configuration Objective: Ensure all copiers and printers are set up for secure printing. Actions: Configuration: Implement secure print features on all copiers and printers to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive documents. Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to educate them on how to use secure print features effectively. Support: Provide ongoing support to address any issues related to secure printing. Objective: Optimize wireless network performance and coverage. Actions: Design: Collaborate with the network team to design a robust wireless network architecture. Testing: Perform rigorous testing to ensure network reliability and performance. Optimization: Strategically place Wireless Access Points (WAPs) to maximize coverage and minimize dead zones.
