Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. We have 9 locations throughout Minnesota and our Grand Rapids, MN facility has 26 residents that call it home. • WE DO NOT MANDATE - You work your shift and go home. Overtime pay after 8 hours.
• High staff to resident ratio that results in more personalized care towards residents!
• We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule.
• We offer at least $17.00 starting wage and increase from there depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts.

Responsibilities
Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
Accurately documenting information
Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
Following HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
Compassion and care for those in the geriatric community
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Job Types: Part-Time
Shifts: 2:30pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends
Pay Range: Based on experience/licensure. Pay range shown includes shift differentials
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
