Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Design, implement and maintain tooling, fixtures and jigs.
- Identify and implement production process improvements.
- Facilitate implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- Investigate test failures, identify root cause and implement corrective action.
- Create and revise assembly and test procedures.
- Collect and analyze test data.
- Train Operators on assembly procedures and equipment usage.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Record information on approved documents.
- Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
