WAREHOUSE PM SUPERVISOR (non-union position)
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager oversee and direct the responsibilities of warehouse. A department consisting 30 staff members to maintain company productivity levels and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Directing staff members to fulfill daily tasks associated with 24/7 operations
· Forecasting personnel requirements based on workload
· Shift management
· Ensure all HACCP and food control and safety guidelines are adhered to
· Overseeing disciplinary program
· Approve staff time-off requests
· Approve overtime as required by company load
· Maintain company productivity levels and work standards
· Enforce company attendance and disciplinary programs
· Meet with Manager, review departmental productivity
· Recommend procedural changes and suggest strategies
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry, within a distribution warehouse. Strong computer skills. Must be detail oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment with good reasoning/common sense, motivational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
