SUMMARY: Manage overall delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Serve as stakeholder contact and presents project status periodically to ensure expectations are met reliably and satisfactorily. Maintain project timelines and budgets. Escalate issues impacting project objectives, timelines or budgets as appropriate to management. Coordinate cross-functionally to leverage subject matter experts from both internal and external resources for efficient execution of assigned projects. Develop and implement mitigation plans necessary to address excursions from established project plans and goals. Project assignments may vary in length and complexity, but are generally not permanent.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure completion in accordance with project objectives for performance, schedule, and cost.
- Collaborate with functional managers and outside contractors to secure the availability of resources and skill sets necessary to complete projects.
- Lead collaborative effort to develop and define project objectives and boundary conditions, including scope, schedule, and budget (project charter).
- Assemble project teams, synchronize activities, assign individual responsibilities, follow up on action items and manage schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead cross-functional meetings that result in a correlated action plan.
- Coordinates, prepares and presents periodic project status reports and operational reviews to management and stakeholders.
- Work with project teams to continually assess and identify risk. Develop and implement mitigation or recovery plans as necessary. Escalate issues to appropriate level for resolution when necessary.
- Ensure completion and integrity of project files and close out reports.
- Continuously evolve and improve project management function. Utilize business and financial acumen to drive operational excellence by combining progressive and innovative ideas with best practices.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all locations and across functional areas such as Sales, Service, Admin, IT, Accounting, Maintenance, and others to ensure project objectives are met

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working understanding of dealership processes preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in utilizing project management tools as well as managing complex programs is preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Ability to read, speak and understand English.

EDUCATIONAL SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
While performing duties of this job, employee is continually required to stand, walk, balance, use hands to handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms with some overhead. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, climb, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
WORK CONDITIONS:
This position requires the employee to work in an environment that may include frequent interruptions, evening work, and working long hours with varied hours and days as business dictates and may include inclement weather.
All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.

Generally standard 40 hours and Monday- Friday
