What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Parts Department Clerk position at Dick Van Dyke Appliance World?
We are currently hiring a fulltime Entry Level Parts Clerk. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to deliver excellent customer service to all patrons, assist our techs with ordering all parts and receive all incoming freight. This position offers fulltime hours, competitive pay and excellent benefits after 90 days.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Every other Saturday- 7:30am- 2pm
Break:
1 hour meal break

Each Parts Clerk has specific assigned tasks, which include but not limited to the following:
- Take care of customers quickly, friendly, and treat them with respect.
- Perform day to day responsibilities accurately and on time.
- Notify parts the supervisor of any problems as they occur.
- Research technician and customer parts requests thoroughly and accurately.
- Light cleaning when needed.
- Other duties not listed may be assigned as needed by the supervisor.
