Seeking a licensed sales producer to join one of the fastest growing Allstate agency offices in the country!!
All candidates will be required to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty license before hire date. We pay for course materials and exam costs. We also provide 1 on 1 training upon hire. Candidate must have experience in sales and highly motivated to sell.

This position offers a BASE PAY UNCAPPED COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY.
**OUR OFFICE IS LOCATED IN LEXINGTON, MI - THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION BUT WE COULD ALSO ENTERTAIN A REMOTE OPTION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE**

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit new business opportunities via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Requirements
- HIGH ENERGY
- HIGHLY MOTIVATED
- State of Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2 years of sales experience
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Salary : $48,000 - $84,000
