Job Title: Marketing Generalist
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist to join our team and take ownership of a wide range of marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has hands-on experience in multiple marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate will be able to create compelling content, manage digital marketing strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and handle social media management. A key responsibility will be to manage incoming web leads, ensuring they are effectively followed up to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels.
· Develop engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
· Oversee social media accounts, managing content scheduling, community interaction, and engagement.
· Perform market research to identify trends, evaluate competitors, and understand customer behavior.
· Collaborate with the team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and graphics.
· Support the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars.
· Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, offering actionable insights for improvement.
· Maintain and update the company’s website, coordinating with external digital marketing partners when necessary.
· Distribute and analyze web leads, ensuring they are tracked, qualified, and forwarded to the sales team for follow-up.
· Assist with internal communications and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing role, ideally in a generalist capacity.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Familiarity with lead management and CRM systems to track and evaluate lead performance.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
