What You Will Do
- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment.
- Dust and clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and metalwork.
- Clean windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork, and door panels.
- Maintain restrooms, showers, and washrooms; replenish supplies.
- Collect and dispose of trash, waste, and recyclables.
- Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Follow safety guidelines and use cleaning equipment correctly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality results.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma/GED or at least six months of custodial experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain facility access credentials and/or pass background checks as required.
- Must have a valid Real ID for access to the work site.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to follow detailed oral instructions and perform tasks efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Respectful and effective interaction with co-workers, including individuals with disabilities.
