We’re hiring a dynamic sales manager to lead our team to success. You’ll be responsible for setting the sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team’s sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals. Compensation:$35,000 - $40,000 plus bonuses
Responsibilities:- Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
- Mentor your team, evaluate their sales performance, and help them improve
- Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business
- Manage, coach, and develop the best performance from each individual on the team
- Clearly communicate goals and assign team and individual ownership
- Hold team members accountable for results
- Respectfully and appropriately share good news and bad to get team buy-in
- Ensure, motivate and present opportunities to each team member to develop and learn new skills
- Provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Ensure that each team member has the necessary resources to do their job well
- Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow the customer base
- Be a champion for company culture and uphold store policies and procedures
- Set the tone for the company's commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Displays a proven track record of sales success
- 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, training and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Selling to customer needs, people skills, dependability, strong communication, and organizational skills
- Previous retail sales management experience preferred
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
