Hey! We're Diem. We are a well established dispensary in Worcester looking to expand our budtending team. Ideal candidates must be punctual, respectful, flexible, professional, outgoing and positive with an outstanding work ethic with both customers and staff. Knowledge about cannabis, its uses and current state and federal laws is essential for this position. This role requires an MASSCIP Cannabis card ( this can be obtained after a background check is conducted and an offer has been sent) , flexible availibility, sales knowledge, cash handling and outstanding customer service skills. We offer health/dental/vision options for fulltime employees, and a discount on all of our products! This is a tipped position that could add $3-$4 on top of hourly wage.
