What you need to succeed
* The knowledge to represent our products with confidence and the desire to provide genuine, friendly service to our discerning customers
* Stable work history with two years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
* Ability to build sales through suggestive selling, sampling, cross-merchandising and unique display presentation
* Innovative and creative in approach, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and eye for detail
* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally; push/pull 4-wheel product-loaded carts weighing up to 250 lbs.; and handle a variety of substances associated with cleaning/packaging materials and food production
