Duties And Responsibilities
- Executing marketing strategies and objectives.
- Ability to meet set goals.
- Proposal writing and presentations, including online and video.
- Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database IP Clinical.
- Monitors and maintains marketing budgets and usage (1,500.00 monthly).
- Develop new product and services announcements.
- Maintain a daily call log with a set goal of 10-15 office visits per day.
- Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate all social functions for providers, staff, and practice events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to direct and recommend cost-effective creative solutions.
- 5 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare space.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
