Digineox is seeking a Data Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance to support a high-visibility assessment of acquisition processes for a Department of Defense (DoD) agency. This is a funded, on-site role based at Fort Belvoir, VA.
The ideal candidate thrives in a self-directed, fast-paced environment and can build trusted relationships with senior DoD stakeholders. Strong communication skills, meticulous notetaking, and the ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable data insights are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze acquisition-related data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Create clear, compelling visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for executive-level presentations.
- Support the development of a final report with data-driven recommendations to streamline processes and enhance stakeholder experience.
- Serve as the on-site project lead, maintaining a professional and consistent presence with the client.
- Facilitate interviews and meetings with senior stakeholders to document input and gather supporting data.
- Maintain organized, detailed notes to support analytical and reporting tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance
(must be current and valid). - Must reside within 15–20 miles of Fort Belvoir, VA.
- Available to work on-site, full-time (5 days/week).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis related to federal acquisition or similar processes.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics tools.
- Strong people skills and comfort engaging with senior executives.
- Exceptional note-taking, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, friendly, and proactive demeanor.
- Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic project environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience with DoD acquisition or federal consulting projects.
