About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Product Manager with strong experience in warehouse operations and enterprise logistics systems. This role acts as the strategic connector between business stakeholders, end users, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact supply chain products and features.
The ideal candidate will excel in requirement gathering, backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and driving Agile ceremonies while keeping user experience and operational efficiency at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Requirement Management
· Create detailed Jira user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business needs.
· Refine and prioritize the product backlog based on value, dependencies, and operational impact.
· Accept completed tasks and user stories after verifying functionality against acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Conduct user interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions with warehouse operators, supervisors, and supply chain stakeholders.
· Serve as the bridge between end users and engineering teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth communication.
· Work closely with developers to clarify functional expectations and resolve blockers.
Agile & Delivery Enablement
· Participate in and drive sprint ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Ensure timely and accurate documentation of requirements, decisions, and feature behavior in Confluence.
Warehouse & Supply Chain Expertise
· Apply hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, labor management, WMS flows, and inventory handling.
· Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with real-world warehouse processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–7 years of product management experience, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse technology.
· Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and end-to-end supply chain workflows.
· Hands-on expertise with Jira (story creation, acceptance criteria, sprint boards).
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
· Experience conducting user interviews and leading requirement discussions.
· Ability to create clear product documentation using Confluence.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
