Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Cable Installation Manager to oversee the installation of cable services in residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, cable infrastructure, and residential project management. The Cable Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating with installation teams, managing project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering exceptional service to customers.
Duties
- Coordinate and oversee residential cable installation projects.
- Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements and address any challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to installation teams, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit project documentation, including progress reports and customer feedback.
- Manage inventory levels for equipment and materials, including ordering and tracking stock.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior cable installation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and installation teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
