- Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the Group Home Manager
- Record client behaviors and responses accurately and objectively
- Administer medications and document according to company policies
- Provide transportation for clients to planned activities
- Contribute to household maintenance activities as scheduled
- Compassionate and dedicated to enhancing the lives of others
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work across all shift times, including weekends and holidays
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle history report, and employment references
