Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Coding Manager, the Coding Supervisor is accountable for the efficient and effective operation of their designated Coding and Data Entry teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years professional fee coding experience.
- 2-3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPC or CCS-P Certification
- Must have and maintain an in-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD and HCPCS coding guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
- GECB/IDX and Cerner experience
A compensation range of $80,000 to $100,000 is the reasonable estimate that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
