Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Associate at Dignity Memorial in Wichita Falls, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting families with funeral, cremation, and cemetery service arrangements, providing compassionate support during the decision-making process, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Sales or customer service experience
• Organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of funeral, cremation, or cemetery services is a plus
