What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cosmetics Beauty Advisor position at Dillard's, Inc.?
We are looking for outgoing, energetic people to add to our Cosmetics team. We are currently hiring for our Clinique and MAC counters.
Applicants for this position should be professionally curious and have the ability to learn and sell new products and brands. We are currently looking for part-time (full-time is available for verifiable experience in the beauty industry) but it can grow into full-time based on sales performance.
All positions are eligible for a 2% monthly bonus on all Cosmetics/Fragrance sales if objectives are met.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
