PAY RATE FOR FOOD RUNNER/EXPO: $19.97/hour Estimated Tips ($54 - $108/shift)

Food Runners/Expo are responsible for running food to guests at their tables, packing takeout orders, and keeping the Expo Station and Takeout Packing Stations clean and organized according to Din Tai Fung’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

- The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (University Village) is the local minimum Tips.
- All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, Food Runner/Expo, and Setter support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
