Position Requirement
Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience in any social service field is also acceptable.
- Candidates must either have or be willing to become CPR/First Aid certified.
- Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a fingerprinting/criminal background check.
- Must have a clear TB test result
Position Summary
We are looking for candidates to work as a Personal Attendant with clients in Antioch. This candidate needs to be creative, fun, and energetic.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide constant and appropriate supervision
- Must be an adult role model with the ability to effectively set limits
- Transport client to day program, medical appointments, community etc.
- Monitor and document client’s intake of medications and ensure that medications are handled and stored accordingly.
- Assist clients with independent living goals.
Salary : $29,200 - $37,000
