Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of DRSN professionals and oversee the daily operations of a complex DRSN system.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the DRSN system by implementing effective maintenance and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to DRSN systems.
• Prepare and present reports, status updates, and project documentation to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):

• Must have an active Secret clearance. 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Alternatively, 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of DRSN professionals and overseeing the daily operation of a complex DRSN system.
• At least 7 years of work experience working on complex DRSN systems and peripheral equipment.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years as a Program or Project Manager, demonstrating successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
• In-depth understanding of DRSN systems, network protocols, and peripheral equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
