Introduction:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Business Owner. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business owner, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for the business owner, including coordinating meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Manager business owner's social media accounts, including cell phone applications
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining travel arrangements.
- Perform light office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining travel arrangements.
- Responsible for oversight and tracking of credit cards for the business owner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to sensitive Company issues, whether businss related, or personal related
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as G-suite, iPhone, MacBook, and email (Required)
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred (Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Flexible schedule, willing to work different shifts as needed (e.g. weekends, evenings, overtime as necessary)
