Service Writer

Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center, located in Price UT, is expanding and looking for an experienced, professional Service Writer to provide excellent customer service in our fast-paced, high-volume shop.

We offer a fun, yet professional atmosphere and seek the right person to continue our growth with excellent customer service and sales skills.

Job Duties Include:

Greet customers, write repair orders and dispatch work to 10 technicians

Answer phones, set appointments and assist with callers' needs

Present maintenance items and sell needed repairs to customers

Provide phone and text updates on repair status

Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment

Follow process and procedures to assist other staff members

Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management

Applicant must have above average customer service skills and automotive knowledge.

Applicant must have a valid driver's license

Full-time position with full benefits available
