First Grade Teacher - St. Clare Catholic School

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued, respected, and supported.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents / guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall success of the elementary program and the school community.
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons and activities, promoting spiritual growth and character development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
