What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at DIRAD TECHNOLOGIES INC?

This specific program we are staffing is to answer inbound calls from residents who have inquiries related to their utility services, including but not limited to: payment arrangements, general account information, emergency calls, etc.
Requirements:- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Pre-employment & random PHMSA drug testing required (DOT Regulated)
- Background Check required
- Work from home post training/nesting
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred
- In lieu of call center experience, must have previous customer service experience
- Computer experience is necessary
- Approx 60 days onsite for Training & Nesting
- Quiet, Distraction Free Work Environment once working from home
- Reliable High Speed internet connection once working from home
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
- Compensation starting at $19.00/hour plus performance incentives (hourly compensation based on prior work history and experience)
