Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our merchants, providing prompt, professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with questions related to payment processing, account setup, billing, and technical issues.
  • Record, track, and follow up on customer interactions using our CRM/ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate complex concerns to appropriate internal teams.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and available services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and processes.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or related role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable using computers and customer support software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.30 - $24.00 per hour
