Job Description
General Contractor/Construction Management firm located in Crystal Lake, IL seeking to fill an Operations Administrator position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with President, Vice President, and CFO on administrative matters
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Administrators
- Address issues that are escalated by administration team
- Review contract documents, monthly payment applications, and schedule of values (SOV's)
- Maintain master project schedule
- Resolve information technology issues with support from outside I.T. consultant
- Assist with company branding and marketing initiatives. Contribute to digital marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update company manuals for processes, policies, and procedures
- Make remote bank deposits
- Process company mail. Monitor and react to company email
- Maintain Microsoft Teams & OneDrive cccounts
- Administrative functions as needed to assist Project Managers
- Maintain process flow charts
- Participate in ongoing process improvement efforts
- Administer employee review packets
- Manage online job postings, review applicants, and conduct initial interviews
- Oversee employee transitions and facilitate smooth onboarding
- Monitor usage and service requirements for company vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the business
Candidate MUST be proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Microsoft Teams and QuickBooks beneficial.
