We are currently hiring a Inside Sales Representativewho will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities through inbound and qualified lead while turning those opportunities into professional relationships at Direct Wire.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up calls to pre-qualified customers.
  • Develops and maintains a portfolio of accounts and identify sales opportunities to drive increased market share and achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Qualify and nurture leads and opportunities.
  • Cross Sell and Upsell the entire Direct Wire Product Portfolio.
  • Drive demand while increasing/sustaining profit margin.
  • Handles all administrative tasks necessary to support the growth and performance of the accounts.
  • Actively supports and interacts with other members of the sales team to guarantee effective support of the sales process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and/or redirect to appropriate departments for further resolution. Thoroughly document account information and activities.
  • Use SalesForce to maintain a database of customer information and sales opportunities.
  • Track sales progress on a monthly and quarterly basis and report progress against established metrics.
  • Assist in quotation generation and order processing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an inside sales environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Possess strong organization and time management skills to work on multiple priorities.
  • Proficient computer and word processing skills including MS Office applications, SalesForce, data management systems, and automated phone systems.
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and a self-starter.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working in a cooperative environment.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
