- Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30-4p; Fri 8:30-12p
- Pt volume: volume can vary, procedure heavy practice. Expect a fast-paced environment.
- All ages seen, peds to adults
- Support staff: 6 FT dental hygienists, 5 full time superscalars, CRNAs, full office staff, most likely 3 assistants per dentist
- Each location has 3D x-ray and 3D Scanner
- EMR: EagleSoft
- No after hours call responsibilities.
- KS license and DEA
- Must be certified in Oral Sedation of Peds and Adults or willing to get certified.
- Patient centered, can fit with the culture and team
- Open to new grad or experienced
- Open to learning new techniques and procedures in house.
Compensation
- Base Salary- $300k 30% of collections.
- 30% is after physician overhead is met; Overhead is (25k External lab Fees).
- Verified income potential can range from $550k-650k/yr
- Sign on and relocation: $10k
- Malpractice covered, health, vision, 401k(4.5% match)
- Dental provided by office.
- PTO: 3 weeks - 10 hours accrued per month worked. Unused PTO will be paid out at end of year.
- CME: $5k allowance
