JOB SUMMARY
Local government agency in Downtown Los Angeles is looking to hire a seasoned IT Project Manager to manage enterprise projects and teams focused on systems, process, and product-related initiatives. The PM will collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and sectors to determine requirements, roadmap, and create plans for solutions and services. They will manage the lifecycle and different aspects of respective projects and deliverables.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and gather requirements for transformation and optimization initiatives
· Establish and implement project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and remove bottlenecks
· Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and end users
· Conduct team meetings to ensure tasks and deadlines are prioritized and met
· Make recommendations for improvements and manage processes, policies, and procedures
· Responsible for ensuring proper user training and documentation for new systems/processes
SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Familiarity with SDLC methodologies
· Experience delivering enterprise solutions - ERP, Tier 2,3 solutions (CRM, ECM, etc.)
· Understanding of SQL and databases
· Experience using Project and Ticket Management tools
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good judgement
· Superior interpersonal communication skills
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
