Directional Sign Company, Inc. is hiring sign installers in the Payson, Utah area.

Job Description
Looking for people ages 18 to install multiple roadside signs to direct traffic to various model homes for their Saturday open houses. Sign Installers are self-motivated with limited supervision. No prior experience is required; training is provided upon hire. We are seeking people that live near certain sign routes.
Job Hours:
Signs installers are estimated to work between 2-10 hours per week depending on the number of signs they put up/take down and travel time. We offer flexible hours within the following windows:
- Fridays 5:00 PM - Saturdays 9:00 AM
- Saturdays 6:00 PM - Sundays 10:00 PM
Salary:
The pay rate is per sign installed and removed. Please inquire to learn more. Expect to earn approximately $20-25 an hour.
What we expect:
- Quality performance—signs must be straight and visible to oncoming traffic
- Punctuality—signs installed and removed within the given windows
- Safety—exercise caution as you work on the roads

Responsibilities
Sign installers have the responsibility to:
- Provide their own vehicle with enough space to fit upwards of 200 lightweight signs
- Be on time and able to report back to management
Qualifications
Qualifications to be a sign installer include:
- Must possess a current driver's license
- Must have a functioning vehicle
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must follow traffic laws and practice safe driving
