Dirty Dogs Car Wash is growing fast in the southeast with locations currently in AL, FL and GA. With head quarters in Atlanta, Dirty Dogs is on track to open new locations in all areas within the next 12 months. Other locations are in development for 2025. Our pay is based on your past experience and overall knowledge of the retail environment.
Experience in the car wash business isn't necessary but helpful.
As an AGM You Will:
- Uphold and enforce Dirty Dogs standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist GM to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of team members.
- Assist GM in the productivity and performance of single site.
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager to discuss progress and action items related to continued growth.
- Walks site throughout shift to ensure site is operating safely, efficiently and provides excellent customer service.
- Lead, develop, and mentor leadership team o Effectively communicate Dirty Dogs Car Wash mission “First in Service, First in Community”, vision, and values to management team.
- Ensure team members receive frequent communication to maintain transparency, focus, and forward progress.
- Evaluate the performance of each General Manager and provide timely constructive feedback.
- Be present and impactful at each location on a consistent basis.
- Provide leadership and operational training for team members.
- Assist SM to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administrative tasks are completed for each location.
- Help obtain store goals.
- Analyze sales data to help achieve goals, cut costs, and increase revenue.
- Support an environment of excellence o Ensure each location is following all safety procedures including proper chemical handling, personal protective equipment usage, and working safely around car wash equipment.
- Conduct location audits to ensure operations are meeting the standard at all locations.
- Plan and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency.
- Helps execute preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep at each location.

- 1 year of leadership and management experience
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Demonstrated history of leadership and mentoring abilities
- Good professional judgement and decision making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Dependable, coachable, grounded, and team player
- Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment
- Ability to identify and perform maintenance on all equipment at the car wash
- Minimum 35 hours per week
- Varied hours and days of week
Job Type: Full-time
