Duties
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Conduct patient intake by gathering medical history and current health concerns.
- Assist with patient assessments, including measuring vital signs and documenting findings.
- Provide support during chiropractic treatments, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies as directed by the chiropractor.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic to promote a safe and inviting atmosphere.
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Knowledge of physiology to understand body mechanics and treatment implications.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and effectively.
